Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Digital Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that all activation links, software license keys, and subscriptions delivered through Sasto Pashal are authentic, valid, and operational upon delivery.

2. Replacement Procedure

If an activation invite expires prematurely or a key reports invalidity, please submit a replacement request within your warranty period via our Support page. Our automated desk will verify the vendor status and issue a fresh replacement license promptly.

3. Crypto Payment Refunds

In cases where replacement stock is unavailable from our vendor network, refunds will be issued in USDT (BEP-20) to your designated wallet address minus standard blockchain network gas fees.

4. Wrong Network Disclaimer

Funds sent over unsupported blockchain networks (e.g. sending TRC-20 USDT to a BEP-20 address) cannot be recovered or refunded under any circumstances.
